KARDIOVASKULER (VO2 MAX) PADA ANGGOTA MAPALA MARTON KABUPATEN ACEH UTARA

چکیده

VO2 Max adalah volume oksigen maksimal yang diproses di dalam tubuh manusia pada saat melakukan kegiatan intensif dengan kondisi fisik dan daya tahan baik. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui kardiovaskuler atau tingkat max Anggota Mapala Marton Kabupaten Aceh Utara. Jenis ini deskriptif pendekatan evaluatif kualitatif. Populasi seluruh anggota Utara berjumlah 23 anggota. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik total sampel. pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui langkah tes (VO2 Max) Balke Tes lari selama 15 menit. analisis rumus persentase. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa rata kapasitas max) sebanyak 42,587 ml/kg/min, maksimum tidak memadai persentase kategori sedang (4,34 %), kurang (56,52 %) buruk sekali (3,9%). Kesimpulan hasil belum memiliki konsumsi bagus sehingga akan berdampak terhadap kebugaran aerobic ketahanan kardiosrespirasi.
